Can I ship an over-sized motorcycle?
Of course! If your motorcycle is bigger than any standard motorcycle, it is imperative that you inform the company that is shipping your motorcycle so they can secure an appropriate mode of shipment. If you’re motorcycle has any modifications that affect the overall size or weight, mark that down and let the company know ahead of time. This is important because if you do not tell the shipping company about your 4-inch lift kit (which makes it impossible to ship on a standard 10-car carrier), you will be charged more money because you misrepresented your motorcycle.

Motorcycle Shipper CompanyAn motorcycle shipper company can refer to either a ship brokerage or an motorcycle carrier. The main difference is that a ship brokerage actually sets up the ship, but does not actually ship the motorcycle; they find a carrier, a type of motorcycle shipper, to actually ship the motorcycle for you. Most carriers are owner-operators, which means that the driver owns his own truck and operates it himself. These are different motorcycle shippers than fleets – fleets are large motorcycle shipper companies that hire drivers that work for them, as opposed to drivers who own their own motorcycles.

Oh, you mean my pilot's license? That's out back in the Cessna. Or perhaps you're referring to my license to kill. Revoked. Trouble at the Kazakhstan border. I could give you the details but then I'd have to kill you, which I can't do because my license to kill has been revoked.
